1. STRAUSS OR OTHER BRAND NEW INSTRUMENT:
1) Quality issues are found when the delivery personnel unpacked the package: FREE SHIPPING RETURNS.
2) Within 90 days after 30 days and consumer unwilling to repair it: Consumer need to pay the delivery fee , or be responsible for the delivery to the registered address of our store by yourself.
3) More than 90 days: CANNOT RETURN but can only be repaired.
2. USED PIANO OR OTHER USED INSTRUMENT:
1) Within 30 days and cannot be repaired:FREE SHIPPING RETURNS.
2) If it can be repaired but consumer unwilling to repair and ask for a return: Consumer need to pay the delivery fee , or be responsible for the delivery to the registered address of our store by yourself.
3) Paint issues: CANNOT RETURN but can only be repaired.
4) More than 30 days: CANNOT RETURN.
